严亮,电气与电子工程学院电信科学系,讲师,博士。主要研究方向为信息材料与传感器。
教育经历
2008年9月-2011年7月,山东师范大学,物理与电子科学学院,应用物理学,获得工学学士学位;
2012年9月-2019年12月,华中科技大学,光学与电子信息学院,微电子学与固体电子学,获得工学博士学位。
工作经历
2020年4月至2022年12月,合肥学院,先进制造工程学院,专任教师;
2022年1月至今,武汉轻工大学,电气与电子工程学院,专任教师。
主持科研项目
1、安徽省教育厅重点项目,超薄快响应钛酸钡基热敏元件的制备及其低阻化研究;
2、国家自然科学基金委员会青年项目,强关联钙钛矿稀土镍酸盐热敏性能调控及其红外探测器件原理研究。
